Hitoshi oversees MCRA Japan’s back-office activities including finance and HR since 2020. Before MCRA Japan, he worked for multi-national pharmaceuticals company, research device company and biotech startups in finance, business development, and management roles total 20 years. During this period, he has accumulated experiences in pharmaceuticals and regenerative medicine products and devices R&D and commercialization. Before moving to finance and business discipline, he spent 11 years of career as research scientist in plant and agrochemical industry. He retains both an MBA degree and USCPA certification.
