Hassan Abdallah is an accomplished and seasoned professional in the field of healthcare compliance, serving as the Head of Healthcare Compliance at MCRA. With a robust background and extensive expertise, Hassan holds a vital role in the organization, functioning as the chief subject matter expert in healthcare compliance and ethics. Prior to joining MCRA, Mr. Abdallah served in several compliance leadership roles overseeing focusing on compliance program development, audit representation, and regulatory guidance for healthcare transactions. His expertise has been pivotal in mitigating significant fraud, waste, and abuse recovery attempts and providing regulatory guidance on multimillion-dollar healthcare transactions. As the former Head of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at Oscar Health and Health Alliance plan respectively, Hassan contributed to strengthening the internal compliance programs, garnering accolades for his exceptional leadership as he became one the youngest executive compliance leaders in the industry. Hassan's dedication to the healthcare industry extends beyond his professional roles. In February 2024, Hassan was appointed to the Michigan Board of Medicine by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, where he oversees the State’s largest professional board responsible for the oversight and disciplinary investigations of licensed healthcare professionals.
