Prior to MCRA, Matt spent the previous 10 years at Specialist Staffing Group building out their staffing capabilities for medical device clients throughout the Midwest. Personally placing over 150 Consultants on projects ranging from Quality & Remediation, Regulatory & Clinical, New Product Development, Manufacturing Line Transfers, Cybersecurity, and Program Management in addition to being a people-first leader fostering an aspirational and rewarding culture.
Matt graduated with his BSPA in Management from Indiana University in 2010.
Matt developed his sales craft at Coyote Logistics before diving into the world of medical technology recruitment. During his time at Specialist Staffing Group, he was a global top performer as a Recruitment Consultant and an accomplished Business Manager – developing teams of world class recruitment Consultants.
