Andy Riutta Senior Manager, Intellectual Property & Software Engineering

Mr. Riutta guides companies and individuals to leverage the full value of their intellectual property. He combines his experience with medical devices and intellectual property to deliver actionable portfolio management systems, practical analyses and meaningful searches, including landscape, patentability, prior art and clearance.

Prior to joining MCRA, Mr. Riutta served as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in the Heart Stimulation and Monitoring unit, examining patent applications in the cardiovascular, nerve stimulation and orthopedics fields.

Mr. Riutta received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Master of Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
